- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on proposed revisions to the Monroe City General Plan. A copy of the proposed amended General Plan is on file at the office of the city recorder and is available for review during regular business hours. The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main Street. Allison H.
