Review Actions/Assignments and Activity from Prior Month: - All - provide viable ideas for tree give away to ensure fair/proper disbursement opportunity for all residents at 20th anniversary celebration - All - designate a HTC representative to join City's 20th celebration committee - All - review Arbor Day Event plans and focus on greater benefits of trees to the entire community and not just the one tree being planted - Steve - insight into district give away and firm up the June 1st date - Selena - find out interest and how much sponsors can contribute to the event - Kim - determine the remaining 2019 budget - Steve - invite Mayor to the Luncheon April 9 - Travis - coordinate with Wendy, Kim & Selena for school Arbor Day event - Selena - review website and take lead for PR & Facebook page? III. Upcoming Events: - Firehouse - Olympus Jr High Arbor Day tree planting April 26, 2019 (12 - 2:00pm) - Holladay 20th Anniversary Celebration - tree give away event - Tree Voucher follow up site visits in lieu of meeting IV.
