- The Town of Hideout will have three Town Council seats expiring on December 31, 2019. As a result, the Town will hold a Municipal General Election on November 5, 2019 to select candidates to fill the expiring seats. Candidates interested in a seat on the Town Council for the Term beginning January 2020 (4-year term) should be prepared to file their declaration of interest as described below: FILING PERIOD Candidate filing period is June 1, 2019 through June 7, 2019. Declaration of Candidacy forms or Nomination Petitions must be filed in person with the Town Clerk (10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, UT 84036) during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Given Town Hall is closed on Fridays and the weekends, an appointment can be made to file on Saturday June 1, Sunday June 2 and Friday June 7 by emailing your request by May 30, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to clerk@hideoututah.gov.
