April 1, 2019 LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On April 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of TMHOA's request for preliminary subdivision review of Eagle Summit Phase 7, a 3-lot residential development located at approximately 5041 North Grey Hawk Drive in a Planned Community zone. Public hearing and consideration of AWA Engineering's request for Conditional Use approval of the Center Pointe Lot 22a site plan, a .53-acre commercial development located at 1402 East 3500 North. Public hearing and recommendation of Scott Warner's request of a General Plan Amendment for Creative Campus, approximately 8.18-acres of property located at 2860 North 1200 West, changing the land use designation from VLDR (very low density residential) to NC (neighborhood commercial). Public hearing and recommendation of Salisbury Homes' request of a Development Code Amendment on Chapter 23, Signs, to accommodate the roof mounted sign for Strap Tank. Public hearing and consideration of Robert Cratin's request for conditional use approval of the Jump Around Lehi Family Fun Center site plan to be located in an existing building at 870 North 100 East, Suite 10. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of the Mixed Use Zone comprehensive code amendment. Public hearing and recommendation of Dan Ford's request for preliminary subdivision review of Taylor Cove, an 11-lot residential development located at approximately 825 West 1250 South in an approved R-1-15 (residential) zone. Public hearing and consideration of Dallas Nelson's request for conditional use approval of the Lehi City Police Station for a 7' high security fence to be located at 128 North 100 East. Public hearing and consideration of Dennis Schoonover's request for approval of the Schoony's Business Park concept, a 0.8-acre commercial development located at 750 West State Street. Public hearing and recommendation of Mark Hampton's request for review of the Mitchell Grove zone change, approximately 6.38-acres of property located at 8795 West 9600 North changing the zoning from A-1 to R-1-Flex. Public hearing and recommendation of Mark Hampton's requests for review of the Mitchell Grove concept, a 20-lot residential development located at 8795 West 9600 North in a proposed R-1-Flex zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Gene Peterson's request for RA-1 zoning on the Peterson Annexation, approximately 2.01-acres of property located at 1500 North 1250 West.
