- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 2nd day of April 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember E. Goodey - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held March 19, 2019 2. New Business - Divide 30 K and Relay Race 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - March Warrant List Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - April 16, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
