NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 03 April 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Town Employee Report 4. Animal Control Officer Report 5. Lance Brady 6. Sponsor Girl's State - Meliah Whimpey & Gracie Winn 7. CIB Application 8. Community Get Togethers - Follow up 9. 400 South 400 East Road - Make it Passable 10. Drainage for the Town Sidewalks 11. Over the top driveways (Field Trip?) 12. Proposed Changes to Special Service District's Scope 13. Review Clerk & Accounting separtion of duties 14. Board Member Reports/Concerns 15. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 16. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 17. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
