- PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL LAYTON CITY RESIDENTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM, LAYTON CITY INVITES ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO COMMENT ON CITY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NEEDS OF LOW INCOME PERSONS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE USE OF CDBG FUNDS FOR THE 2019-2020 GRANT PERIOD DURING A PUBLIC HEARING AT 7:00 P.M., THURSDAY, MAY 2, 2019, IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, LAYTON CITY CENTER, 437 NORTH WASATCH DRIVE. WRITTEN COMMENTS MAY BE SUBMITTED UP TO THE TIME OF THE PUBLIC HEARING TO THE LAYTON CITY COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, 437 NORTH WASATCH DRIVE, LAYTON, UTAH, DURING REGULAR CITY BUSINESS HOURS. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING NEEDS ADDRESSED BY THE PLAN(S) SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE LAYTON CITY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AT 437 NORTH WASATCH DRIVE, LAYTON, UTAH 84041 OR BY PHONE AT 801-366-3770.
