- PUBLIC HEARING Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 8, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a land use issue. 1. Conditional Use Permit Application Request from George and Toni Dever to be allowed to occupy a travel trailer on their property at approximately 256 North Church Street, while construction of their new home is underway.
