WORK MEETING 6:00 PUBLIC MEETING Minutes Approval - March 5, 2019 6:05 Mickell Schena will be asking to change the Purpose of her Conditional Use Permit for a home business -The Spin Room at 345 North 400 East 6:15 Durwood Askew with Hog Slat Incorporated will meet with the board on behalf of Alan Riley to ask for a Conditional Use Permit for a business in a Commercial Development zone at 1462 North 200 West 6:30 Multi Family Residential Zone- Reza Kia discussion on density for that zone 6:45 Jeff Knight with Infowest - discussion on possible location for tower at 740 North Main Subdivision Ordinance Review PUBLIC COMMENT CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: Beaver City hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the board and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 1st day of April, 2019.
