NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following:
Site plan approval for a 99,000 square foot office/warehouse building and minor subdivision approval for a one lot minor subdivision for the property located on the northeast corner of 400 N. 2800 W. Parcel Number 14:059:0040. The planning commission may also consider an amendment to the Lindon City Street Master Plan Map to modify the location of the future route for Vineyard Connector.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Lindon City, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance.
