PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA April 2nd, 2019 City Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E PRE-MEETING ITEMS 5:30 PM Site Visits - Planning Commissioners and City staff may visit any locations listed on this agenda. The public is welcome to attend using their personal vehicle for transportation. 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed during a light dinner. No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement PUBLIC HEARING 1. Sequoia Townhomes - Conceptual Site Plan and Building Design - 2350 East Murray Holladay Rd (HV) Applicant, Sequoia Development will present concept site plan and a building design for a residential townhome development. This proposal intends to replace a previously approved development at this location. 2. SoHo Food Park - Site Plan & Conditional Use Amendment - 2405 East Kentucky (HV) Property owner, Ben Hale will present an amendment to this existing mobile food park to accommodate a small building intended to support existing operations. DISCUSSION 3. Discussion of Upcoming Ordinance Amendments - Holladay Crossroads Zone (HCR) continued draft review and Medical/Clinical office uses in the ORD zone. ADJOURN On March 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
