Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Brandon Wixom is requesting Conditional Use Permit Approval for a Private Lane Subdivision to be located at 12939 South Sunday Drive. - Alex Jacobson is seeking a conditional use permit for Oxford Learning Source, to be located in an existing building at 1926 West 12600 South. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
