NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF SPRINGVILLE, UTAH…………………………..…………………….……November 12, 2008 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of Springville City will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, in the City Council Chambers of the Springville City Civic Center located at 50 South Main, Springville, Utah. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order. a. Approval of September 17, 2008 meeting minutes. 2. Approval of Agenda a. Jeremiah and Trena Luke seeking a variance to allow for an encroachment of the current setback by a maximum of nine feet for an addition of a double car garage located at 558 East 550 North; OR b. Jeremiah and Trena Luke seeking a variance to allow for an encroachment of the current setback by a maximum of three feet for a single car garage located at 558 East 500 North. 3. Approval and adoption of 2009 Meeting schedule. Notices sent by mail to the following: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBERS Ron Fakler Tom Wroe Blaine Hadley Don Olsen Robert Freeman Council Member Representative - Dean Olsen All property owners within 300-feet of the above properties, as shown on the County Assessors mailing records. Board members and adjacent property owners within 300-feet of the applicant will consider this agenda as an official announcement. Board members (including alternates) please call 491-7861 before 5:00 p.m. if you cannot attend the meeting. Agenda posted on bulletin boards in the City Civic Center and Senior Citizens Center on November 14, 2008, as well as being mailed to the Board of Adjustment members. THIS AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE
