- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, April 11, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings: 1) Amended Neighborhood Plan for Northshore, with a Rezone on a portion of the property from Agriculture to Mixed Residential and a General Plan amendment on a portion from Institutional and Native open space to Medium Density Residential. Located approximately 2300 W and Saratoga Rd. Krisel Travis, D.R. Horton applicant. 2) Sign Code Amendments (Title 19.18), City initiated. 3) General Plan Amendment from Community Commercial to Business Park & Regional Commercial. And a Rezone from Mixed Use to Business Park, Community Commercial, & Regional Commercial. For Riverside Crossing, located at the NE corner of Pioneer Crossing and Redwood Road. Zach Olson as applicant. Questions may be directed to the Planning dept. 801-766-9793. Copies of the proposed applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogaspringscity.com or at the City Offices.
