Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Payson City Planning Commission public hearing will be held on Wednesday April 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson to receive public input on the following: Applicants Jeremiah and Kim Beachley propose a two lot single-family residential subdivision, Beachley, Plat A, on 0.55 acres in the R-1-9 zone and arranged on parcel ID# 08:138:0006 at 523 S. Main St. The applicants are requesting application of the Infill (I-O) Overlay to reduce lot frontage and lot width on an infill lot.
