- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. George and Toni Dever, Application for Conditional Use Permit to live on-site in Travel Trailer while building home at appox. 256 North Church Street. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
