NOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER REAL PROPERTY AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE PURSUANT TO §17C-1-207 Notice is hereby given that the City of South Ogden intends to transfer certain real properties currently owned by the City to the South Ogden City Community Development and Renewal Agency as allowed under Utah Code §17C-1-207 in exchange for a note payable equal to the estimated fair market value of the properties. The properties in question consist of approximately 1.12 acres located at 651, 655, and 657 40th St., South Ogden. The purpose of the transfer is to enable the Agency to engage in project area development as defined in §17C-1-102(47) on and around the property in question, which is within the boundaries of the proposed 40th Street Community Reinvestment Project Area. The South Ogden City Planning Commission will be considering whether these properties should be declared surplus to the city's needs and disposed of by transfer to the CDRA during its regular meeting on April 11 at 6:15 p.m. at South Ogden City Hall located at 3950 Adams Avenue, South Ogden UT 84403. The City Council will consider the same matter at its regularly scheduled council meeting on April 16 at 6:00 pm held at the same location. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
