- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING PUBLIC INPUT ON A PROPOSED ANIMAL ORDINANCE WE WILL BE HOLDING AN OPEN HOUSE * OPEN HOUSE : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold an Open House on the 7th Day of October , 2019 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, for the Animal Ordinance Open House. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
