- HARRISVILLE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE OPEN HOUSE PUBLIC NOTICE Harrisville City will host an Open House regarding the Harrisville General Plan and future development throughout the City. The City Officials will be available to receive public input regarding land use and development. The Open House will be held on April 10, 2019, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Harrisville City Offices, 363 W. Independence Blvd., Harrisville, Utah 84404. For questions contact Jennie Knight at 801-782-4100 ext. 1000. Comments may also be submitted in writing via email to Jennie Knight at jknight@cityofharrisville.com or mailed to Harrisville City Offices at the above address. Comments must be submitted by April 20, 2019. For special accommodations under ADA please contact the City Recorder at 801-782-4100 at least three (3) working days advance notice of the Open House. Published on March 27th and 28th, 2019.
