HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Commission Meeting, March 28th, 2019, 7:00 p.m., Huntsville Town Hall. DATE: MARCH 28TH , 2019 PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 E. 200 S. TIME: 7:00 P.M. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1 - Roll call. 2 - Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting February 28th, 2019. 3 - Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for Barry Whitehead porch addition, parcel #240110005. 4 - Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for Tim Charlwood house, parcel #200110005. 5 - Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for the Weber County Library, Huntsville Branch. 6 - Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for Scott Roberts, 216 South 7500 East, parcel #240100017 7 - Discussion and/or action on 15.25.1.13.A.4 and 15.25.1.14.A which requires the parcels under consideration for consolidation or line adjustments be in the same zone. 8 - Discussion and/or action on Boundary Line Adjustment for Jennifer Sorenson. 9 - Motion to close the regular meeting for public hearing on 15.6.7 Side Yard Regulations. 10 - Public Hearing on 15.6.7 Side Yard Regulations. 11 - Motion to close the Public Hearing and resume regular Public Commission meeting. 12 - Discussion and/or action on 15.6.7 Side yard Regulations. 13 - Discussion on Derek and Jenny Taylor Appeal. 14 - Discussion on Title 4 Land Use Permits Revisions. 15 - Discussion and/or action on 15.6.2 regarding accessory buildings. 16 - Discussion and/or action on the addition of cargo containers and Timeshares to the Use Table. 17 - Citizen Comments. 18 - Motion to adjourn.
