Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on March 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: . Prayer Action Item Update District Yr Mo Workshop Date Topic Article Due Syracuse West Dist 2019 Jan/ July Syracuse District 2019 Feb/ Aug Syracuse South 2019 Mar/ Nov Legacy District 2019 May/ Oct Bluff District 2019 June/ Dec Committee Business: Please note 1-4 minimal time given, mostly time directed to Apr 13th Drill. 1. Class assignments- discuss any that are ready to put on the calendar? 2. Any assistant district leaders to be named and ratified? 3. Any nominations or volunteers for member at large vacancy to be ratified? 4. Any updates for Preparedness fair in September? 5. All remaining time given to Lane Smith for Apr 13th Disaster drill preparations.
