NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing/Meeting on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 12:00 noon. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) 12:00 noon-Public Hearing to Discuss and Approve Resolution 2010-11, a Resolution Amending Resolution 2000-14 and 2005-6 Supporting Submission of a Renewal Application for an Enterprise Zone Designation 2) Discuss and Approve Resolution 2010-9 , a Resolution Amending Resolution 2006-6 Supporting Submission of a Renewal Application for a Recyclable Zone Designation 3) Consideration of the Adoption of A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF CITY TO AMEND $275,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2010 (FEDERALLY TAXABLE – BUILD AMERICA BONDS (DIRECT PAYMENT)) FOR INTEREST TO BEGIN TO ACCRUE IN 2010 AND AMENDING RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS Local Building Authority Business 4) Consideration of the Adoption of A RESOLUTION AMENDING $275,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2010 (FEDERALLY TAXABLE – BUILD AMERICA BONDS (DIRECT PAYMENT) FOR INTEREST TO BEGIN TO ACCRUE IN 2010 AND AMENDING RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS.
