- 10:00 a.m. Phone Conference with Debra Dull of Rocky Mountain Power about Collection of Energy Use Tax 10:30 a.m. Meeting with Stephne Hanson from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to discuss Utah's alcohol sales (both off sale retail for beer and banquet); the application process by a business; and the town of Bluff's responsibilities for ordinances and licenses. This meeting was set up to address specifically the protocol for Bluff Dwelling's applications and to then look at the process as related to all applications.
