PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Planning Commission will hold a Business Meeting on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 6:30 PM, in the 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah, 84020. The Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Business Meeting 1. Public Hearing: 7-Eleven Conditional Use Permit On the request of Elliott Smith, representing TerraForm Companies, LLC for a conditional use permit for a convenience store and gasoline service station , otherwise known as 7-Eleven CUP, located on 0.9 acres of property at 507 West 12300 South. Public Hearing: Big Willow Creek Ph. 6 Land Use Map Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment On the request of Bryon Prince, representing Ivory Development, LLC, for approval of a land use amendment from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density and Residential High Density and a zone change from RA1 and RA2 to R4 and RM2 on 18.01 acres of property generally located at 527 West, 491 West, 445 West 11400 South. Action Item: Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for February 21, 2019 Minutes of the Draper City Planning Commission Meeting held February 21, 2019 in the Draper City Council Chambers. 5. Adjournment Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Planning Commission regarding the transfer, issuance or denial of a conditional use permit may appeal such decision to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal stating the grounds therefore within fourteen (14) days from the date of such final determination.
