KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting February 28, 2019. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B': a. Hair Salon located at 61 W. 2250 S. for Rachel Olpin. 3. Conditional Use Permit for a church addition located at 490 S Angel St for Paul Clifton. 4. Final Plat approval for the Prigmore Estates Subdivision at 233 S. 400 E. for HGN Development. 5. Call to the public. 6. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 7. Adjournment.
