Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold a work session and it's Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Work Session to discuss the General Plan Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order - Vice Chairman Lyle Earl 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Business Items a. Report from City Council b. Enter into a public hearing to consider the request of a re-zone of the James Ortberg property, parcel number 19-155-0003, located at 3746 North Higley Road, from the C-2 zone to the M-1 zone c. Motion - Close public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting d. Motion - Recommend approval of the re-zone of the James Ortbery property, parcel number 19-155-0003, located at 3746 North Higley Road, from the C-2 zone to the M-1 zone e. Set a public hearing to consider the request of a conditional use permit for an accessory building larger than 2,000 square feet for Marta Nimori located at 1257 North 1725 West - Marta Nimori f. Recommend appointment of Craig Browne as a full member of the Farr West City Planning Commission g. Recommendation of Alternate Members to the Farr West City Planning Commission 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated March 14, 2019 5. Chairman/Commission Follow-up a. Report on Assignments 6.
