- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Tourism Tax Advisory Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2019 at 12:00 p.m., in the Weber County Commission Conference Room Ste. 365, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the conference consists of the following: A. Welcome - Sara Toliver, Chair B. Consent Item Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on February 6, 2019. C. Action Items 1. Discussion and/or action on grant application from Peery's Egyptian Theater for the Wedding of the Rails event May 2-11, 2019. Presenter: Jennifer Graham 2. Discussion and/or action on grant application from Song Sessions, LLC for the TrouBeliever Fest event on July 12-13, 2019. Presenter: Lisa Fuller 3. Discussion and/or action on grant application from Team Utah Open for their event May 2-5, 2019. Presenter: Todd Ferrario 4. Discussion and/or action on grant application from Ogden School Foundation for the Ogden Peaks Classic event on June 26-29, 2019. Presenter: Sara Toliver, Chair 5. Discussion and/or action on grant application from Ogden UnCon for their event on June 7-9, 2019. Presenter: Sara Toliver, Chair 6.
