Village Green Drive, Draper, Utah, 84020 1. Public Comment 2. Review and approve minutes from previous meeting 3. Annual training on Open and Public Meetings Act by Paul Tonks 4. Action Item: Discussion and approval of bills and services with City of Draper 5. Discussion item: (Closed Meeting) Discussion with Bruce Badger of settlement negotiations with City of Draper regarding lawsuit 5. Adjourn Board members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Board member does participate via telephonic communication, the Board member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Board members and all other persons present in the meeting room will be able to hear all discussions.
