- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 beginning at 7:05 p.m. to discuss and hear comments on: 1) Proposed changes to the City Code regarding fences, and 2) Discuss a Kennel Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by Rebecca Merritt, of 416 E 500 S, to have three dogs. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
