- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 11 of 2019 The Salt Lake City Council at its March 5, 2019 meeting adopted an ordinance confirming the equalized assessment list and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Salt Lake City, Utah Central Business Improvement Assessment Area No. DA-CBIA-19 (the 'Assessment Area'), for the purpose of financing certain economic promotion activities in the downtown area; establishing the effective date of the ordinance; related matters. Copies of the ordinance in its entirety are available for review in the City Recorder's Office, Room 415, City County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, during regular business hours. This ordinance shall take effect on April 22, 2019. (Q 18-2)
