HIGHLAND CITY APPEAL AUTHORITY Thursday, March 21, 2019 Appeal Officer Vaughn Pickell Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland UT 84003 5:30 PM CALL TO ORDER 1. APPEAL REQUEST A request by the Friends of Mountain Ridge Park, appealing the Highland City Council decision to approve a conditional use permit for a Park Maintenance Facility located west of the southwest corner of 5600 West 10400 North. This is a quasi-judicial process and as such the Appeal Authority will only determine the correctness of the City Council in its interpretation and application of the Highland City Development Code. ADJOURNMENT
