Hear reports from subcommittees: Preservation Update on Old Town Hall restoration project. (Jaylene) Discuss details of postcard project in May. Discuss what can be done with the Beck Home and salvage efforts (i.e., salvage architecture details, photographic documentation, can a portion be retained). Community Outreach Discuss April's Historic Home Social & Walking Tour. (Laurel) April Historic Home Social & Tour Monday, April 29 6 PM Tour 7 PM Social 695 E 100 N Pleasant Grove Hosts/Presenters/Tour Guide: Lynn & Linda Walker Promotion: Laurel & Shane will take care of this Refreshments: Cookies from Costco, ice water, paper products from city council social Bricks and Walking Tour booklets available for sale Gift: Give a brick to the host Digitization & Archives None - Laurel talked to Deon Giles about relocating the city hall archives, and he stated that it was 'premature' as city hall logistics have not been decided. - No word on USRAB training registration as of yet. History & Publications None 2. Review and update bylaws. 3. Give opinion on letter from Bureau of Reclamation regarding North Union Canal pipeline. 4. How can we sell the remaining Old Rec Center bricks? PG High School reunions? Heritage Festival Meeting starts at 8:15 PM immediately following this meeting. Next meeting: Thursday, April 18 at 7 PM
