Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing scheduled by the Gunnison City Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on: 1. Proposed zone change at approximately 19 North Main Street. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial) to CC-1 (Commercial Zoning). 2. Proposed zone change at approximately 39 North Main Street. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial) to CC-1 (Commercial Zoning). In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
