- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 19th day of March, 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the proposed Culinary Water and Road Impact Fee Ordinance 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember L. Bytheway - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held March 5, 2019 3. New Business - Ordinance 19-01'An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1A of Title 9 of the Clarkston Town Code with New Amounts for Water Impact Fees and Adopting Amounts for Road Impact Fees' - Resolution 19-04 'A Resolution Creating the Clarkston Town New Town Hall Citizen Advisory Committee' 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Cache County Council EMT and Fire Proposal - Town Hall Advisory Committee Training - Town Clean-Up Day Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - Historic Preservation Commission - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - April Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - April 2, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
