Approve Minutes: January 16, 2019 III. Business: A. Update and discussion on the trailhead grant. B. Update on Ash Creek Special Service Districts development plans. C. New trail proposal-La Verkin City D. Discussion on the approval process and development of rock-climbing routes within Confluence Park. E. Fencing and grazing options for 2019. F. Update on other Park projects. IV. Public Concerns for Board Consideration: Identification of issues for consideration of future meetings. V. Board Members Concerns: VI.
