STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

A. OPENING
i. Greg Summerhays will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council.
ii. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the meeting minutes of Wednesday, February 20th.
B. DISCUSSION AND ACTION REGARDING UPDATED RULES OF PROCEDURE, CONFLICT OF INTEREST
i. CWC Counsel Shane Topham will review updated rules of procedure for the Stakeholders Council.
ii. Action by Stakeholders Council to formally adopt the rules of procedure and conflict of interest, subject to ratification by the CWC board.
C. DISCUSSION REGARDING STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL TERMS
i. Greg Summerhays will lead a discussion regarding Stakeholders Council appointments for two-year terms and four-year terms.
D. CWC STAFF REPORT AND DISCUSSION
i. CWC Executive Director Ralph Becker will provide a brief overview of CWC activities in February and March.
E. STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEES, TASK FORCES
i. Chair Greg Summerhays and Vice-Chair Kelly Bricker will lead on a discussion on the formation of working groups around other key focus areas in the Central Wasatch.
F. GROUP TRANSPORTATION GOAL SETTING DISCUSSION
i. Presentation and discussion led by UDOT Project Manager John Thomas and CWC Deputy Director Jesse Dean on initial goals, priorities for transportation in the Central Wasatch.
ii. Cottonwood Canyons Transportation Action Plan (CCTAP) process and timeline overview.
G. OPEN DISCUSSION
