- Ephraim City has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding a petition to amend the Second Amended Wakera Point Subdivision Plat that proposes to join Lots 7 and 8 of that plat into one lot and vacate the existing easement between Lots 7 and Lot 8. The hearing will be held on March 27, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Ephraim City Hall, 5 S. Main, Ephraim, Utah. Documents pertaining to said utility easement are available for inspection at the Ephraim City Office during normal business hours.
