NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Planning Commission of the Willard City Corporation will hold a Public Hearing at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South, on April 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
The public hearing will be held to take public comment on:
a. Proposed Revisions to Sections 12-400-10-10 of the Willard City Subdivision Ordinance addressing waivers to the curb, gutter and sidewalks and Section 12-102-18 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance addressing waivers to the curb, gutter and sidewalks.
b. Proposed Revisions to Section 12-116-5 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance increasing the number of residences allowed on a single access road before a second access is required
Proposed final changes will be contingent on discussion held during the March 21, 2019 Planning Commission meeting and will be available for review at the Willard City Offices and on the Public Meeting Notice Website on March 22, 2019.
