- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a work session at 5:00 p.m. prior to their regularly scheduled City Council Meeting and a Work Sessions beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Some members may attend by electronic device. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). A. WORK SESSION (5:00 p.m.) 1. Payson Economic Strategic Plan B. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE (6:00 p.m.) C. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of the March 6, 2019 City Council Meeting and Work Session 2. Resolution - Red Bridge Meadow Subdivision Deferral Agreement D. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1. Public Forum 2. Staff and Council Reports 3. Scout Attendance Certificates 4. Discussion regarding water strategy 5. Report on Tabitha's Way 6.
