RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Kent Allred with Silver Crest Construction is requesting a rezone of property located at 12529 West 2700 South. The property is currently zoned C-N (Commercial Neighborhood), the requested zone is RM-8 (Multi-family residential 8 dwelling units per acre). - Anna Turner is seeking a conditional use permit for a home based business, Antebellum Bakery, to be located at 2026 West 12190 South. - Karla Hendricks is seeking a conditional use permit for a home based business, Teach Me Time Educational Services, to be located at 13585 South 2140 West.
