On March 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items Public hearing and recommendation of Riverbend Management's request for review of the Traverse Mountain Area Plan amendment. Public hearing and recommendation of Clyde Properties request for TOD zoning on the Golding Annexation, approximately 55.37-acres of property located at approximately 3000 West Traverse Mountain Boulevard. Public hearing and recommendation of Clyde Properties request for review of the Vistas at the Point concept plan, a 55.37-acre development located at approximately 3000 West Traverse Mountain Blvd in a proposed TOD zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Scott Warner's request of a General Plan Amendment for Creative Campus, approximately 1.74-acres of property located at 2860 North 1200 West, changing the land use designation from VLDR to NC. Public hearing and consideration of Brandon McDougald's request for conditional use approval of the Carvana site plan located at 2950 North Triumph Blvd in a Regional Commercial zone. Public hearing and consideration of Maqsood Merchant's request for approval of the Silicon Slopes Square concept, a 5-lot commercial development located at approximately 2400 North Digital Drive. Public hearing and consideration of Trane Engineering's request for approval of the Thanksgiving Station Phase 2 concept, a 37.95-acre development located at approximately 1900 West Ashton Blvd. Public hearing and consideration of Tatiana Larsen's request for conditional use approval of the Arcadian Ranch Event Center site plan to be located at 1020 West Main Street in a Commercial zone. Public hearing and consideration of AWA Engineering's request for approval of the Center Pointe Lot 22a site plan, a .53-acre commercial development located at 1402 East 3500 North. Public hearing and recommendation of Parker Brown's request for review of a concept plan for the Porter's Place property located at 24 West Main Street in proposed Historic Commerce. Public hearing and consideration of Alpine Homes request for conditional use approval for an 8 foot fence in the Dapple Gray Trails development located at 677 South Dapple Drive. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for Development Code Amendments to: - Chapter 12 - provisions for auto sales lots; adding a new section regarding lighting standards; changes regarding fencing on corner lots and flag lot standards - Chapter 23 - sign ordinance - adding project place-making sign
