- TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY Planning Commission Hearing Notice Public notice is given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold a Hearing on Wednesday, March 27th, at 6:00 PM at the Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Apple Valley Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider the following recommendations to be forwarded to Town Council for approval: Zone Change from OST to RE 5 for Parcel AV-1365-K. Owners Richard and Debbie Kopp. Interested persons are encouraged to attend public hearings or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I, Michelle Kinney, as duly appointed Recorder for the Town of Apple Valley, hereby certify that copies of the notice of meeting and agenda were posted at the Apple Valley Town Hall, the Utah Public Meeting Notice website http://pmn.utah.gov, the Town Website www.applevalleyut.gov and sent to The Spectrum on the 14th day of March, 2019.
