NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
for COTTON BOTTOM PURCHASE AND REDEVELOPMENT
The City of Holladay is seeking requests for proposals for the Cotton Bottom Purchase and Redevelopment. Responses must be received by Monday, September 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. . The RFP materials are posted at http://cityofholladay.com/government/rfps/.
The City will host a pre-submission meeting this Friday, August 23 at 1 p.m. in the Mt Olympus Room at Holladay City Hall, 4580 S. 2300 E., Holladay, Utah 84117. Attendance at the meeting is not a mandatory requirement for a firm to submit a proposal. The agenda will include a short presentation from City staff followed by Q&A.
You may also submit questions in writing to my attention at hsmith@cityofholladay.com through Wednesday, August 28; responses to all questions received will be posted on the City's website by Friday, August 30. Please see the RFP for more details on the anticipated timeline.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received
