VINEYARD PLANNING COMMISSION - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Meeting Date: March 20 2019 Site Visit Time: 5:30 PM The public is invited to attend the site visit but no public comments or questions will be taken until the public hearing at City Hall. Site Visit Location: 44 N 350 East, Vineyard, UT Public Hearing Time: A public hearing for this item will be held at 6:00 PM following the site visit at Vineyard City Hall; or as soon thereafter the matter may be heard. Meeting Location: 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, UT Project Name: Lilypad Preschool Project Location: 44 N 350 East, Vineyard, UT Applicant: Emily Hagen Application Type: Conditional Use Permit Project Description: The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for a preschool facility. The applicant is proposing to use her residence as a preschool facility, located at 44 N 350 East. The property is located within the Willows subdivision of the Waters Edge community, and is zoned WE SFD-6500. Any person having interest in this matter may attend and be heard during the public hearing. Written testimony may be submitted in writing at town hall or emailed to Elizabeth Hart at elizabethh@vineyardutah.org. Written comments shall be submitted at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting in order to be entered into the record. One or more members of the Vineyard Planning Commission may participate electronically or telephonically. City Codes and ordinances are available on the City website found at www.vineyard.utah.gov. Incompliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Elizabeth Hart, Planner with the City of Vineyard, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Notice will be published in the October 22nd Sunday edition of the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, posted at the Vineyard City Offices, Vineyard City Hall and on the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities.
