Notice of Public Hearing Meeting Mayfield Town Council March 20, 2019 5:00 p.m. At Mayfield Town Hall (52 North Main, Street, Mayfield Utah) Agenda Mayfield Town Ordinance #2018-19 -1 AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE MAYFIELD TOWN ZONING. WHEREAS: The Planning Commission and Town Council has deemed it necessary to make the following changes to our Zoning Ordinances. NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Town Council of Mayfield Town, Utah. Section 1. A n ordinance to change the entire Mayfield Town Zoning from R-2 20,000 to RR1-20,000 Rural Residential Zone, except for the Mayfield Main Street from 2nd South to highway 137 to Gunnison Utah, and to highway 137 to Manti, Utah will be zoned R & C Residential and Commercial (mixed use) zone. Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect 20 days after posting or 30 days after passage, whichever is more remote from the date of final passage.
