NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following:
An amendment to the Lindon City Code Appendix A Standard Land Use Table to remove Recycling Businesses as a use category from the Standard Land Use Table.
An amendment to Lindon City ordinance 17.46.100 to increase the allowable height for a detached accessory apartment and to increase the allowable livable floor area from 1,000 square feet to 1,500 square feet.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Application is made by Lindon City.
The above notice/agenda was posted in three public places within Lindon City limits and on the State http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html and City www.lindoncity.org websites.
