Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Civco Engineering - Update and Decision on Highway 40 Lighting Project. 5. Michael Fenn - Upgrades to 65 W 400 N. 6. Discussion and Action on appointment to Duchesne County Mosquito Abatement Board. 7. Discussion and Action on 2015 GMC Sierra Police Vehicle. 8. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department - Discussion and Action on Social Media Resolution 031219-001 - Physical Fitness Requirements for the Department 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s). 11. Approval and signing of checks 12.
