7:00 Welcome, roll call, prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, approve the agenda. 7:05 Approve minutes of February 12, 2019 Howell Town Council Meeting 7:10 Approve agenda of March 12, 2019 7:15 Public Comments (3 Minutes per person) 7:20 Deputy Sheriff Brodie Wells 7:25 Shelly Logan -Town Treasurer- Financial Report 7:30 Jeaninne Hawkes - Clean Up 7:35 Training - Land use issues and open public meetings. - Honeyville City Hall - March 28th at 7 p.m. 7:40 Electric Power moved at old community center 7:45 Restrooms at old post office. 7:50 Discuss Proposed Dog Ordinance before setting a public hearing. 7:55 Planning Commission Seat 8:00 Mayor, Council Member Reports. 8:05 Approve Payment Vouchers and Bills. 8:10 Adjournment.
