Call to Order and Roll Call (Chad) 2. Approval of Minutes (NA) and Agenda (Chad) 3. Discussion and consideration of Committee Bylaws draft (Chad) 4. Discussion and consideration regarding Duties & Election of Committee President (Chad) 5. Discussion and consideration regarding Duties & Election of Vice-President (Chad) 6. Discussion and consideration regarding Duties & Election of & Secretary (Chad) 7. Discussion and selection of event support assignments by committee members (Chad) 8. Discussion of Nibley Parks and Recreation Friends Group candidates (Chad) 9. Discussion of a date for Nibley Parks and Trails Tour and or Committee Friends Group social (Chad) 10. Discussion of an assignment to present your evaluation, recommendations, and priority for Parks and Recreation at the April committee meeting. (Chad) Committee Action Items and Reports: 1.
