- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Ryan Higbee for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a Health and Nutrition business out his home at 125 East 700 South. Tax Id. #10-038-0084.
